Wyclef named visiting fellow.
Wyclef's efforts to improve the lifes of thousands of Haitian residents has already taken the former Fugees front man across the world; now it takes him back to the classroom.
Having recently been made a visting fellow at Rhode Island's Brown University, Wyclef will attend various lectures, classes and discussions involved with the University's Department of African studies - in particular their 'Haitian Initiative'.

I am a lifelong student and appreciate this unique opportunity to contemplate all the potential and possibilities, as well as the contributions of my homeland, and Haitians in the diaspora, to the world's creative culture.”
